The Great Fire Fan is the largest standard fan we make. This is a "static" fan, so it doesn't open or close. The body, however, is a sturdy brass construct designed for big graceful fire. The handgrip bars at the base allows for a firm grip, and the loop is perfect for storage or gunspinning (for the strong and brave).
Like it's hybrid cousins, these fans have l6 small, hybrid wicks identical to our famed "perfect" torches. This gives them long burn times even on white gas or alcohol. Other fuels are not recommended, nor are they needed. For slightly smaller fans or more fuel options, try our lightweight fire fans.
"Big, slow and beautiful, these may be the straddle point between fans and wings. These fans were designed to make the biggest, best use of the materials available at the time. We've made bigger ones since, but these will remain on the site." -Tedward
Sold individually or in pairs.
See them in use in our performance gallery.
